Always Eat After 7- Part 4

I have been reading and following this diet plan the past month (for the most part :) and have really enjoyed the diversity in this diet plan. For so many years I have been conditioned to think that eating late only means gained weight and that is not the truth. We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. There are many parts of this diet that I will continue to keep doing. Continuing to eat healthy fats, continue a simple morning routine, and not being afraid to eat late at night (as long as I am eating the right food). I also love the recipes in the back of the book. We have had so many good ones!
