I am so excited to FINALLY share with all of you my updated home tour. Tim and I could not be more thrilled at the pieces of furniture we picked out from Raymour and Flanigan and how comfortable they are. On top of that, the prices were budget friendly and did not break the bank. Everything about our experience from browsing the store, to delivery and setup was so easy. I thought the process would take time and a slight headache may be involved, however that could not be farther from the truth. It honestly was the easiest process.
Tim and I went into the Henrietta showroom a few weeks ago on a mid-Saturday afternoon. Walking into the showroom, there was so much amazing house inspiration it was hard to contain my excitement. Immediately we were greeted by an associate introducing herself and giving us the layout of the showroom. We spent about two hours in the showroom looking at every piece of furniture there was, going over some pieceโs multiple times. Tim and I have very different styles so I was a little concerned we would not be able to agree on something. However, there was so many choices we DID agree on, we had to narrow even those down. We decided one two couches, some dining room chairs and a buffet. All of which are on sale!
We ordered two of the same couches, however we had one of them made into a queen sofa. We wanted to have extra bed space for visitors if need be as well as a sweet little set up in the living room for movie night. We set up the couch into a bed the other night and all the kids piled in and cozied up with me. It was so fun, and the kids loved having a bed in the living room! So many good memories created.
Delivery was available in two days, so we arranged for the furniture to be delivered early the following week. On Tuesday I received a phone call saying the truck was about 20 minutes away. Once the truck arrived, the driver greeted us and asked where the furniture was going. Tim and I had moved our old furniture out the day prior, so the new furniture could easily be brought in. From the time the truck arrived to the time it left was only 20 minutes. The drivers were so fast and efficient, Tim and I did not have to lift a single finger. I am not kidding when I say the entire process was so easy and fast. Furniture shopping can be stressful and full of headaches and Tim and I both kept saying this is so much simpler than what we were expecting.
The three pieces we brought home were the Daine Sofa, Fallon Dining Room Chair, and the Aberdeen Served. All three pieces of furniture are currently on sale.
The Daine Sofa is truly so comfortable! There is nothing worse than wanting to sit down and relax after a long day and the couch you sit on is hard and uncomfortable. we are big Netflix and chill people, especially during all the winter months so sofa we picked out had to be one you could sink into and relax. We both highly recommend the Daine, as it is truly comfortable PLUS it is on sale for $699! It is also available in grey in a sectional. The Fallon Dining Room Chairs are not only on sale but priced so affordably. I had been searching the web for a few months for affordable chairs but still high quality and everything I found was over $300. These chairs are on sale for $159. They are worth every penny and are so comfortable. We have had several people over since the chairs were delivered and everyone is so quick to comment how much they love the style as well as how comfortable they are. Lastly the Aberdeen Server is a beautiful piece of furniture for any kitchen or dining room. We needed to update our previous buffet and the Aberdeen is absolutely beautiful. It is a solid and sturdy piece of furniture, perfect for storing dishes or utilizing as a small pantry. You can find the link to the server here.
